The process involves filling out some paperwork at the Fitness Centre Control Desk, chiefly a membership application (contact info; student number and program if applicable; release statement; unique PIN; etc.) and a confidential health screening questionnaire.  Upon completion of the forms (and processing of payment for part-time students, staff, and alumni), the information is entered into our computer system and you're able to commence using the Fitness Centre immediately; all members must use their unique PIN on the keypad to access the Fitness Centre.

  • Note: 
    • Full-time students must present a valid, Loyalist College Student Card for the current academic year.
    • Part-time students must present a piece of valid, government photo ID along with a printout of their Banner schedule or a note from the Registrar's Office as proof of enrollment
    • Alumni members must present their valild Alumni Association card.
    • Staff membership validity will be verified by Human Resources
